- Order Deadline: Wednesday 12:45 pm for that Friday's pickup. Each Friday has its own deadline.
- Payment: Full PayNow required at order time, covering all selected Fridays. Upload screenshot to confirm.
- No Cancellations or Refunds — No Exceptions: All orders are final upon submission. We source and prepare specifically for you. If your plans change, we warmly encourage you to gift your order to a colleague and spread the TGIF love! 🎁 Orders cannot be cancelled, transferred to another date, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Top-Ups Welcome: Can't decide everything upfront? Submit your core order now and top up closer to any Friday's Wednesday deadline. Top-ups are linked to your name and mobile.
- Collection: Friday at 12:45 pm, A–Z by surname. Please collect promptly — uncollected orders are non-refundable.
- Quotas: Items are subject to weekly production caps. First-come, first-served. A substitute of equal value may be provided if a capped item sells out.
- IFS Staff Only: The 20% discount is exclusive to IFS staff; not combinable with other promotions.
- Agreement: By submitting you confirm you are IFS staff and accept all terms above, including the strict no-cancellation policy.
